Chickens

Our hens free-range and will frequently come begging for treats.  "Blackie" is nicknamed "the car chicken", because she constantly tries to stow-away.... don't leave your door open! Visitors are welcome to gather a few tasty farm-fresh eggs to take home.

Feel free to bring an apple or carrot for the horses when you come for a visit! Katie is our sorrel Missouri fox trotter. Tonka, a spotted saddle horse, is Katie's son and was born and raised on our farm. Sweet Sugar is our little Shetland pony who has the patience of a saint with the children.

Reisa is our lovely alpine dairy goat,  who provides fresh, raw goat milk for the puppies. She is very sweet and easy to milk, if you come visit you could try your hand at goat milking! Stella is her Nigerian Dwarf sidekick. They love treats, especially breakfast cereal!
